Lady Zamar releases a new song and video, “This Is Love.” Available for download and streaming on your favorite platforms, This Is Love is from her sophomore album which we hear is now ready and has been submitted to her label.
Her recent single, This is love is a glimpse of what is to come. Lady Zamar, Black Coffe, DJ Ganyani and Sun-El Musician have been announced as some of the finalists for the Record of the Year Award in the 25th instalment of the South African Music Awards (SAMA).
After the success of her 2017 album King Zamar, the songstress admits that she is nervous about how the people will receive her soon to be released project.
In a series of tweets the singer opens up about how this new body of work has impacted her emotionally. She felt drained at times, but she is now satisfied with the music. With that being said, the singer reveals that this time around she will give fans what she couldn’t say in the previous album.
The album’s title has not been released yet but she says it will be a story about her relationships. One other thing worth taking note of is her emphasis on a new-found freedom.
“I’ve got a lot to say that I didn’t get a chance to say because I wasn’t free,” she said.
The SAMA award show will be staged on 31 May and 1 June at Sun City resort in North West province.
