Duckwrth drops new album, The Falling Man. The project is the Los Angeles-based rapper’s first release since 2017’s An XTRA UUGLY Mixtape. The Republic Records artist’s latest work features eight tracks. The EP includes collaborations with Rico Nasty, Terrace Martin, Allan Kingdom, Medasin, Kiana Ledé, Mr. Carmack and NoMBe.
The new release also follows Duckwrth’s contributions to the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack and the new album from fellow rising artist Tayla Parx. Duckwurth fuses his musical influences from growing up in ’90s South Central Los Angeles and his mother’s Pentecostal household, his message is clear in this album: artists, especially men in the genre of hip-hop, go through the motions and have every right to do so.
