Lizzo is here with new album titled “Cuz I Love You.” Available for download and stream, this is Lizzo’s first release since 2016’s Coconut Oil EP. Her debut album Big GRRRL Small World was released in 2015. Earlier this month she shared new single “Juice” and a ’80s-style video to accompany it. Cuz I Love You will be accompanied by a North American tour starting in San Francisco on April 24. Lizzo has also shared Tempo featuring Missy Elliot and we can defintely expect an amazing listening experience.
“Cuz I Love You”, which she calls her “favorite song,” was apparently written in just ten minutes with the assistance of the rock band X Ambassadors. It’s a soulful big band offering in the vein Darlene Love that showcases Lizzo’s immense vocal prowess. This is going to be a huge year for Lizzo and it all starts with the arrival of her album. One song music fans are looking forward to is the Gucci Mane assisted track, Exactly How I Feel.
