J.I.D is back with the visual to his song titled “Off Deez” featuring J. Cole which was released early November. The song was among one of the many highlights on the project. Cole mimics J.I.D’s rapid flow on the track and Cole Bennett, who directed the video, brings it to life with his signature animations throughout the video. It’s a perfect visual that matches the frantic energy of the song itself.
J.I.D’s been one of the hottest rappers of the year, but also one of the most enigmatic. Throughout the year, fans eagerly awaited the release of DiCaprio 2 which finally arrived last week. The project hails features from Method Man, Joey Bada$$, A$AP Ferg, and the Dreamville head honcho, J. Cole who appears on “Off Deez.” After teasing the music video for the song yesterday, J.I.D comes through with the official visuals for the J. Cole-assisted single.
Along with the release of his new music video, J.I.D also announced the first leg of his “Catch Me If You Can” tour. The tour kicks off on Jan. 22 in Eugene, OR before concluding the tour in New Orleans, LA on March 23rd, 2019. The “Catch Me If You Can” tour also touches down in Australia and New Zealand for a few dates.
