Birdman & Young Thug Request Gag Order In Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting In 2015.

Birdman and Lil Wayne’s beef escalated to a high point which included Young Thug back in 2015. Lil Wayne’s tour bus was shot up in Atlanta, GA. Birdman and Young Thug have a officially requested a gag order in the care against Alvin Lewis the driver of the tour bus. Alvin Lewis is suing Birdman for civil assault and battery, violation of state and federal racketeering offenses, causing emotional distress and more.

Birdman and Young Thug have asked the judge to issue a gag order against Alvin preventing him and his lawyer from discussing the case with anyone, including the media.

Peewee Roscoe was given 10 years in prison with another 10 years probation upon his release. Peewee Roscoe put in a guilty plea to six of the 27 counts he was facing. Lewis has included Peewee Roscoe in the lawsuit as well as he was the one who made calls to Birdman and Young Thug before and after the shooting.

“He has emotional injuries including post-traumatic stress and is not doing well,”

His lawyer Jeffrey Gewirtz said back in 2016. He was requesting to be compensated for his

“Pain, anguish, suffering, discomfort, medical expenses” and lost wages.

Birdman and Young Thug are currently under criminal investigation for the case.
