Translee – Freedom Summer (EP).

Translee shares his Freedom Summer EP accompanied by a music video for the title track. The project is filled with organic sounds and old-school samples, like the B.o.B and GFMBryyce-featured “Generation WTF” that employs a vocal sample from Bill Wither’s “Use Me.” Freedom Summer also features a previous collaborator, T.I.P, as well as Omari Hardwick.

Each track has its own reason for being. The sonic pallet varies and flows in alignment with the variety of themes he explores. The versatility found on this project is mindful and representative of the artist’s worldview. Translee comments on this subject briefly in his Soundcloud bio.
