Young Thug shares new single called New Bae. Thug, who has announced that he’s dropping his Slime Language project next week and has something “special” planned in the immediate future, previewed a new track produced by Kenny Beats on his Instagram story Saturday.

It features some high-register belting from the rapper on a characteristically colorful beat from Kenny. The beatmaker later tweeted out the video with confirmation that the track would be released soon, though it’s unclear if we’ll have to wait until the album is released to hear it.

He’s teased a potential release date for his upcoming album Slime Language, new music from his girlfriend Jerrika Karlae, and he’s now promising something “special” coming “so soon.” Thug shared the Twin Peaks-esque video for his track “Up” with Lil Uzi Vert. His last project was April’s 3-track project Hear No Evil, which featured the aforementioned collaboration with Uzi, as well as tracks with Nicki Minaj and 21 Savage.
