Gorillaz drop off another new single titled Lake Zurich.
Gorillaz unload a new song they title Lake Zurich. The song is also part of the dual release with Humilty bedding the first song to drop which was accompanied by its official music video. The band have announced that they will release their next album The Now Now June 29. Non-virtual bandmember Damon Albarn will appear on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 to premiere a new track, “Humility.”
The Now Now will be Gorillaz’ first offering since last year’s Humanz, which featured a myriad of guest appearances by Pusha T, Mavis Staples, D.R.A.M., Vince Staples, Danny Brown and many more. The new release is being teased with a clip on a new website, TheNowNow.tv, which shows the band’s virtual character 2-D posing with a guitar.
