Mikexangel returns with a new single simply titled Denim. The singer signed to 300 Entertainment label released his debut album, Nothin 2 Somethin, in June 2017.
A soul-inspired R&B vocalist, MikexAngel’s clear voice and smooth delivery helped earn him a loyal underground following and the mentorship of Trey Songz.
Born and raised in Virginia, MikexAngel (he says the name is pronounced “Mike Angel” and “the x is there for stylistic purposes”) first developed an interest in singing when he was three years old, as he’d record his voice on his grandmother’s tape machine and study his performances as he played them back. Angel received further encouragement in church, where he picked up his stage name after the pastors and choir members told him he had the voice of an angel.
