Ric Hassani links up with Fiokee for “Sweetest Thing.”

Ric Hassani and Fiokee link up for a brand new song titled Sweetest Thing. The song’s production was handled by hit making producer DJ Coublon with Fiokee doing his thing on the strings.

“Sweetest Thing” finds Ric Hassani wearing his heart on his sleeve, as he is known to do. “You are the apple of my eyes, the only thing that matters to me”, he sings — which will resonate with anyone who’s in love, and could also make others who aren’t, long for the feeling.

With an uptempo beat and additional sounds from Fiokee — the guitarist who shined on Reekado Banks’ “Like”— “Sweetest Thing” works as both a love song and a turn up song. This shows Ric Hassani’s range as an artist, and is indicative of his growth since the release of his debut album, African Gentleman.
