Golden Globe Awards 2018 Winners’ List

New year, News awards and 2018 isn’t no different. Kicking things off is, of course, the annual Golden Globes ceremony now in its 75th iteration.

Hosted by Seth Meyers, the show will air at 8 p.m. EST live from the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton. In an evening honoring the best in film and television, it is Big Little Lies that heads up the nominations among television series with a total of six nods while The Shape Of Water does the same on the film side of things, grabbing seven total looks. Among other nominees, you’ll find fan favorites such as Jordan Peele’s Get Out, Issa Rae’s Insecure, and Netflix’s Stranger Things on the block for a few awards as well.

While the show will take aim at supplying a few head-turning moments throughout the broadcast, stars will get a buzz going from the red carpet as various actreses have made the decision to walk the red carpet alongside activists representing various social causes and campaigns including Tarana Burke, founder of the #MeToo movement, who will accompany Michelle Williams and Ai-Jen Poo, director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, accompanied by Meryl Streep.
