Kygo keeps the music coming with a brand new track titled Shotgun. The new single features the soulful vocals of Bonnie Mckee and appears to be a collaborative effort with Oliver Nelson. Oliver is based out of Sweden and has gotten some recognition in recent years for high profile remixes, like if official one he did for Kesha. ‘Riding Shotgun’ is full of catchy hooks and nostalgic lyrics.
The track is a lot of fun to listen to. Particularly in the middle when Kygo infuses a bit more funk than we are familiar with when it comes to his originals. Overall this one will be a highlight of the new album.
