At the 2017 BET Awards, Migos found themselves embroiled in several scuffles Sunday night (June 25), including an altercation with Chris Brown.

According to TMZ, things got sticky once the awards concluded. First, Migos spotted the “Back to Sleep” crooner at an afterparty nearby the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. As Chris Brown began wrapping up the premiere for his new collaborative video “Pie” with Future, a member of his entourage allegedly pushed Quavo, causing things to escalate.

Once Quavo was pushed, a member from Migos’ team attempted to intervene, but was reportedly punched. In the midst of all this chaos, Brown walked away from the heated skirmish and headed towards his car. Once he reached his vehicle, Brown was surrounded by several friends of the Atlanta rap group. Ultimately, the “Party” singer left unscathed. Local police arrived at the scene, but showed up after everyone already left.

Earlier in the night, Migos were involved in another contentious exchange, but with rapper Joe Budden. Budden — a member of Complex’s daily show Everyday Struggle — was interviewing the group alongside his co-hosts DJ Akademiks and Nadeska Alexis when he abruptly ended the Q&A. He dropped his mic, which hit the leg of Offset, and caused the group to question his move. Perturbed by his actions, Migos got up and spewed several words towards the “Pump It Rapper” before being escorted by security.

Billboard reached out to Migos’ reps for comment.
