After a few years of absence, Ameriie made a comeback with her Drive EP in May, 2016 but went missing once again shortly after that “She is so cold with her heart like ice,” sings Ameriie. “Everyone knows that she don’t play nice / She only go down to come up / She already won and you’re already done / …And she only drink that redrum.”For the past week, Ameriie has also been teasing an upcoming video through a series of photos of herself in a bathtub filled with rose pedals and milk.
More than a year after dropping her Drive EP, Ameriie gets murderous on her newest single, “Redrum.” The sassy joint finds the “1 Thing” star singing about a femme fatale, who always comes out victorious in the end. Today, she releases an unexpected new song called ‘REDRUM’ where she goes for an 808 heavy sound. This is reportedly the first taste off her forthcoming new project, coming later this Summer.
