Here is a new sountrack from Empire Cast featuring Yazz (Hakeem Lyon) titled “Special”.
In Special, Yazz who says this for his queens around the globe raps about taking care of the women in our lives who he tags as “special” and adds His love for a particular woman who has always been there for Him, our best guess being His mother.
The first taste of this new season is the first promotional single, soulful R&B-infused piece called “Need Freedom” and performed by one of the main characters, American singer-songwriter Jussie Smollett.
The song produced by Rodney Jerkins will be released on digital retailers and streaming services on September 16th, while the first episode of the new season called “Light in Darkness” was aired on September 21st on Fox.
