Singer and entertainer Cecilia Cipressi, best known as Syria, has finally returned to the music scene with a brand new single called “Lontana da te” (English: Away From You).
The emotional mid-tempo pop ballad shows her beautiful vocals. It was written by Lorenzo Cilembrini with a production signed by Davide Ferrario and Pier Paolo Peroni.
It’s confirmed as the first taste of Syria’s upcoming eleventh album, the follow-up to 2014’s “Syria 10“. The single was released on digital retailers and streaming services on March 31st via Universal Music.
The same day, the singer also debuted the official music video, which was directed by Marco Salom, through Vevo.
