Kodak Black went the extra mile with his new track “Tunnel Vision.” Backed by an eerie and almost cinematic production by Metro Boomin and Southside, “Tunnel Vision” is already turning heads.
Kodak spits about a system out to put him in the penitentiary. He says that despite all his problems, all he wants is a girlfriend to take care of him. The Pompano Beach bad boy offers us a glimpse of vulnerability on this track. The seemingly simple beat is a layered with a flute and strings, muted drums and a piercing clap. Metro and Southside outdid themselves here. An eager Kodak had teased this collaboration a few weeks ago and now it’s clear why.
